No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here!

  • What time should I get there?

We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before our service begins. This will give you time fill out a connection card, so we can reach out to you after worship. Head into the sanctuary, grab a bulletin, and meet some new friends!

  • Where do I park?

We offer ample parking on either side and in the rear of the building. We have a portico for rainy day drop-offs, and to access the ramp to an entry door. Plenty of handicapped parking spaces are conveniently located close by.

  • Do I need to dress up?

Dress on any given Sunday is "come as you are." Some choose to dress up, and others may come in more casual and comfortable attire.

  • What should I expect?

People who call Christ Church UCC their church home are from all walks of life and from many different faith backgrounds. In fact, it’s our different life experiences and points of view that make for a rich and diverse group of people. We all share, however, a love for God and for our neighbor, and in doing so we extend the hand of fellowship to all who seek to be in a relationship with Jesus Christ. We like to have fun together, and serving others is at the heart of our ministry.

  • What is the worship service like?

Our worship loosely follows the Reformed tradition, in a relaxed liturgy of hymns, prayers, and sermon, with choirs, special music, and a children's time.

Alongside the more traditional elements of our worship services you'll find everyone coming together in community to support each other and to worship a loving God, meeting each other wherever in life we might find ourselves.

  • What is the music like?

Music not only inspires the heart and soul, but also leads the congregation into a deeper appreciation and understanding of the scriptures. We do this by singing traditional hymns accompanied by the organ or piano. Though some contemporary musical offerings and elements are incorporated from time to time.

Worship is often enhanced with the vocal and instrumental work of our adult choir's talented members. Our handbell and children's choir also performs at times throughout the year.

  • What do you offer for kids?

Faith Formation (the term we use for “Sunday School”) for preschoolers through adults in on Sunday Mornings at 9:00 a.m.

Of course, children are always welcome in worship!  Children’s bulletins and crayons are available from the front of the sanctuary. Children in attendance love to come to the front of the sanctuary for Children’s Moment to hear a short story or lesson related to that morning’s lectionary.

At this time we do not offer nursery care during worship.
